At Bilby Picnic Co., we know you’re excited to start enjoying your new rug — so we do our best to get your order to you quickly and smoothly as possible.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 2-8 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 1-4 business days.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we work hard to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may occasionally be longer due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, peak periods such as Christmas and public holidays.

Express shipping is available at checkout for a flat rate of $15 anywhere in Australia

Returns Policy

At Bilby Picnic Co we want you to absolutely love your picnic rug. If something isn't right we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Change of Mind Returns

We get it — sometimes things change!

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags are still attached.

• The item is clean and free from marks, stains, hair, dirt, odours or signs of use.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process an approved refund or store credit.

Damaged or Faulty Items

On the rare occasion that your item arrives damaged or faulty, we're here to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos and a brief description of the issue. This allows us to assess the situation as quickly as possible. 

If the item is deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund and we'll cover any return shipping costs where applicable.
