Returns Policy

At Bilby Picnic Co we want you to absolutely love your picnic rug. If something isn't right we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Changed of Mind Returns

We get it-sometimes things change!

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened with tags still attached and returned in the original packaging free of any signs of wear including but marks, dirt, pet hair or odors. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item we will process a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or faulty we're here to help.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue. If deemed our fault we will offer a full refund or repair and we will cover shipping costs.
